Why Talverian, for you

Your career deserves more than a placement.

We've been on your side of the hiring process. We know what it means to put your trust in a new opportunity—and how much clear communication, honest expectations and accountability matter.

Remote work makes those things essential. Working across time zones takes trust, reliable communication and a business that gives you the access, context and direction to contribute. You should know what is expected of you and who to turn to when you need support.

We look for placements with competitive pay, clear responsibilities and a working environment that respects your contribution. We help you prepare for the opportunity and establish the support you can expect. Under managed staffing, we stay involved to help you and the client resolve issues as they arise.

We choose placements with your success in mind.

We assess the client as carefully as the candidate. We only move forward when we believe your strengths, the role, the working environment and the available support give you a strong chance of success.

Relevant experience. Real ownership.

What matters to us.

From interest to opportunity

What to expect.

  1. Apply

Tell us about your experience, preferred work, availability, and compensation expectations.

  2. Review

We review your application, interview and role-relevant evidence. A short Loom introduction is required before you can be presented to a client.

  3. Discuss the opportunity

Before you decide whether to proceed, we explain the responsibilities, working hours, compensation, and proposed engagement terms.

  4. Meet the client

With your permission, we share your profile, communication evidence and short introductory video with the prospective client. The video and permission to share it privately are required for a client introduction. Public display requires separate, optional consent.

Be clear about the work you want.

Pay, working hours, and contract arrangements depend on the role. Where there is no live vacancy, compensation is to be determined. We ask for your expectations so we can assess potential fit.

Before you apply

Your questions,
answered.

Is this an application for a specific job?

This form is for Talverian's talent network. Unless a specific vacancy is named, it is not an application for a confirmed opening.

Will everyone receive an interview?

No. We review applications against current needs and contact people where there is a potential fit. Joining the network does not guarantee work.

What will I be paid?

Compensation depends on the role, schedule, experience, and agreed terms. We discuss the proposed compensation before you decide whether to proceed. No single salary applies to everyone in the network.

Will I need to work another country's hours?

Some roles require overlap with the client's working day. The schedule is discussed before a placement; please state the hours you can realistically maintain.

How will I be assessed?

The process may include application review, a structured interview, communication review, and role-relevant evidence. Any additional assessment or verification is explained when requested. Technical roles require appropriate technical review.

Do I need to provide a video?

Yes. A short Loom introduction is required before we can present you to a client. We explain what to cover and ask for permission to share it privately with the prospective client. If you do not provide the video or agree to that private sharing, we cannot put you forward. This does not give us permission to publish your video publicly.

Do you use AI to decide who gets hired?

AI tools may help organize application evidence. Human reviewers remain responsible for progression and recommendations. You can contact us if information is inaccurate or you have concerns about how it has been assessed.

Will my profile be public?

No. Consent to retain your application and share a presentation profile privately with a client does not authorise public display. A future public talent card would require separate, optional consent.

Can I update or withdraw my application?

Yes. Contact talent@talverian.com to update your experience, preferences, or availability. Contact privacy@talverian.com for privacy requests or to withdraw optional consent.

How long do you keep my application?

With your consent, we retain your application for one year from submission to review it and match you with suitable opportunities. We ask for fresh consent before extending that period. You can withdraw consent by contacting privacy@talverian.com; contact talent@talverian.com to update your application.
